The Fringe Festival? We're Too Rich for the Fringe!!! Having received a glowing recommendation from Halliburton before it was even written, BILLIONAIRES FOR BUSH -- THE MUSICAL is in development now, and well on its way to sweeping the Tony's--unless bribery has suddenly gone out of style.
